Method to prepare Paneer Kurma
-
Boil potatoes peel , cut in cubes and deep fry till golden brown.

Grind all the masala except the garlic, turmeric and pepper, but grind these three ingredients separately.

Fry onions in 2 tablespoons oil, in a pan till brown.

Add group A masala, fry a little more, and add 2 cups of water and potatoes.

Fry paneer in a separate pan and add to the curry.

Add salt and simmer for few minutes.

Now add the group B masala and beaten curd.

Bring to boil and remove from fire.
