Ingrediants for Fish Fry

Fish 10 pieces
Coriander Powder 1/2 tablespoon
Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tablespoon
Garam Masala 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger 1 piece
Small onions cut 1 cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Coconut oil 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste


Method to prepare Fish Fry

  • Grind coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, and ginger with salt to taste.
  • Keep 1/3 of the masala aside and apply the rest on the fish. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Pour coconut oil in the vessel, mix the remaining masala with coconut milk and vinegar.
  • Pour over the fish and sprinkle the chopped onions and ginger. Cover the vessel and cook on low fire.
  • After 10 minutes carefully turn the fish over and continue cooking till water is dried.
