Ingrediants for Fish Fry

Coriander Powder

1/2 tablespoon

Chilli Powder
|
1 1/2 tablespoon
|
|
Garam Masala
|
1/4 teaspoon
|
|
Ginger
|
1 piece
|
|
Small onions cut
|
1 cup
|
|
Coconut milk
|
1 cup
|
|
Vinegar
|
1 tablespoon
|
|
Coconut oil
|
2 tablespoon
|
|
Salt
|
to taste

Method to prepare Fish Fry
-
Grind coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, and ginger with salt to taste.

Keep 1/3 of the masala aside and apply the rest on the fish. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Pour coconut oil in the vessel, mix the remaining masala with coconut milk and vinegar.

Pour over the fish and sprinkle the chopped onions and ginger. Cover the vessel and cook on low fire.

After 10 minutes carefully turn the fish over and continue cooking till water is dried.
